About Paediatric Physiotherapy

The Paediatric Physiotherapy department at Dr.Kamakshi Memorial Hospital provides assessment and treatment for children with a range of conditions resulting from acute illness, traumatic injury, congenital and inherited conditions.

Our paediatric physiotherapy team is specialized in the assessment and treatment of a range of neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, rheumatological and orthopaedic conditions. The treatment in paediatric physiotherapy ward is carried out in a child-friendly environment by specialized staffs.

The trained physiotherapists in the hospital will maximize child's physical potential through tailored programmes of exercise. They work closely with parents and family members to promote active involvement in their child's care and educate them in continuing treatment at home.
