Identifying training needs, conduct customized training programs based on training need analysis to enhance manpower skills and efficiencies as per NABH standards. Prepare and issue appointment letter as per norms Co-relate with pre-employment medical checkups for newcomers and annual health check up Organise & conduct the induction training programme for the newcomers. Managing HR operational issues with the line management as appropriate Manpower planning, staffing, reduction of manpower and orientation of new recruits Work closely with management as well as staff to build up positive morale and loyalty among staff and trainees Preparation of MIS Report and submitting to Hospital Management Monitoring of access control system and employees time attendance Conduct exit Interview of each employee to find out their views, ideas and opinions for betterment of the Organization. Ensure that their relieving Order is issued only after complying with the rules about notice period unless decided otherwise by management Preparing payroll statement and coordinates with finance department for disbursing salary for the employees on monthly basis Will be responsible for all statutory related works like PF, ESIC, Bonus and Labour Department works.
